What originally started as an opportunity for the senior teams to loose their increasingly large beer bellies quickly snowballed into a great community fitness camp for all!
Every Tuesday outside Exit B of the haixinsha metro station on the APM line right across the river front he canton tower we all meet to be pushed to our limits by the drill sargent (seniors captain) Douglas Allan. Consisting of press ups, squats and other crazy exercise this work out is sure to get you rugby and regular fit whilst having a laugh and meeting people.
